The Origin of PAME

This post talks about the origins of PAME. What is it, how did it come about and why?

PAME is an online wardrobe that allows you to register your clothes and share them with other people who use the platform. You can organize your closet, categorize your clothes and interact with your friends. It also includes a personalized smart assistant for your profile.

This platform arises from the task of carrying out a student's final degree project, specifically, my final degree project. Not only does it originate from an obligation, but it is also a great opportunity to develop myself in the field of computer development and to offer other users an original and practical service for managing their garments.

My Assistant

This article explains the functionalities and use of the Assistant section

My Assistant is an intelligent assistant whose function is to help the user with the management of their clothing in addition to making stylistic recommendations in a personalized way.

It is basically a 'wrap' of Open AI's gpt-3.5-turbo model. Using prompts provides personalized assistance for the user in question.

I must clarify that its functionality IS NOT COMPLETELY DEVELOPED. It is a future task for a better user experience. Currently it is only able to know the name and description of the user and advises based on those parameters, but it does not know anything about the user's clothes, followers or outfits.

My Outfit is a feature of the app under development.

It will be a section where you can add clothes to your avatar and form an outfit. You can share this outfit daily on PamShare and interact with it and the rest of the users' outfits.

My Wardrobe

This article explains the functionalities and use of the myWardrobe section

My Wardrobe is your Wardrobe Online. There you can manage your clothes and categories.

It has a category slider and another for clothing. In the categories section you can add and configure your categories. In the garments section you can perform the previous functions and also view your garments in two ways: mosaic and carousel. You can also add the clothes to your outfit in the future since My Wardrobe has the full functionality of My Outfit

My advice when using this section is, first of all, create a series of categories with which you will organize your clothes and then add these garments to their specific category.

Pam Share

This article explains the functionalities and use of the Pam Share section

PamShare is a social network implemented in your online wardrobe.

In this section you can interact with the rest of the users of the app and with the clothing of said users. You can also follow and be followed by your friends and like the clothes.

I notify that the PamShare functionality is still under development and expansion. We are planning to add chats, comments, more sections... We currently have two sections: TopClothes (the 5 clothes with the most likes) and LastClothes (all the users' clothes ordered from newest to oldest).
